We accept payment in the form of Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal only. We do not accept any other form of payment other than those listed above. All sensitive information sent between your computer and PayPal systems is automatically encrypted, ensuring the privacy of your information.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

The customs fees depend on the legislation of your country. In our experience, in most cases, you do not have to pay customs fees. We mark all our orders as low value gifts. In addition, we send larger orders in separate packages to avoid these fees.

All of our credit card payments are processed through PayPal and stripe which provide totally secure transactions.

It may happen that your order arrives in several packages

Generally, once the shipper has shipped your package, it is processed by the carrier, who scans it and enters the tracking information. There may be a delay between these scans and the availability of tracking in their system. Generally, it takes 5-10 days for processing and sometimes longer depending on how fast the postal service processes shipments. Therefore, tracking information may not appear online immediately, please try again later.

The carrier has not yet scanned and entered the tracking information for your package.
Your tracking number is incorrect or invalid.
The item was shipped a long time ago, the information is no longer available.

The item was attempted to be delivered but was not successful, this can be due to several reasons. Please contact the carrier for clarification. Please be advised that we will NOT be held responsible for packages that fail to arrive due to the following reasons:

Item refused by the recipient
Incorrect / illegible / incomplete address
Expired retention period – in some countries, recipients are advised to claim their package at the local post office. If not claimed, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
Absence of the recipient – the recipient is not available at the time of delivery.
Customs policies, rules and regulations

If you have not received your package, we advise you to contact your local post office to arrange for a new delivery or to collect your item immediately. In general, the carrier has a pick-up time limit, we advise you to pick up your package immediately, otherwise it may be returned to our warehouse.

In this case, we will have to wait to see if the package is returned to us.

Due to the production method we use for all our products, we cannot accept returns unless the item is proven damaged/defective.

We may have sent your items in separate packages. So please check your emails to see if any of your items will arrive separately.

If an item is missing, please contact us with your order number, the product title of the missing item, and photos of the package showing the shipping label.

You must report any problems with your order within 60 days of your order being shipped. If a claim is not submitted within the time limit, we unfortunately cannot do anything to help you.

If your order has not yet been processed, we will help you change the items you wish to replace.

Cancellation of an order is possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped. A 10% cancellation fee is charged to the customer who wishes to cancel the order.  Cancellation of an order is not possible for orders that have already been shipped.
